High Speed Blow Mold Inspection
This system was deployed in a major beverage bottler. The system inspects plastic bottles for mold and stem defects at 750 bottles per minute. The system demonstrates our machine vision and panel building expertise. In this video the bottle rejected by the vision system at the end has a stem defect.

Lung Cancer Cell Detection
This system was developed for an FDA regulated pharmaceutical manufacturer in a mobile clean room environment. The purpose is to heat stake slides with membranes for radiometric testing.
The attached video shows the system going through a safety check. This video demonstrates our programming ability, motion control, PLC code, HMI and assembly integration.
Underslab Steel Inspection with Linescan
This system was developed to image the bottom of steel slabs as they are produced in a steel mill using a line scan camera. The bottom of slabs are not visible to the mill operator. The attached video shows our ability to do 3D CAD design and fabricate heavy equipment. The software was developed in C Sharp .NET by our programmers.
